All prices in our online store are indicated in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include 25% VAT.
However, you can choose to see the price excluding VAT by clicking on “incl VAT” at the top right corner. You can also select to view the price in Euros or USD, depending on your country and language preference.
How do I get confirmation of my purchase?

Shipping and Delivery
For direct purchases over 5000 SEK from the online store, we cover the shipping cost.
For orders and deliveries to countries other than Sweden, please Contact Customer Service.
Your goods are typically delivered by DHL. From the time you place your order, it will be delivered within 10 days.
If items are backordered, the order will be split into partial deliveries. Wallrite will cover the shipping for the backordered items. Only one invoice fee per order will be charged, regardless of the number of partial deliveries.
For item returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to the warehouse.
We recommend our customers use DHL. Prices for domestic when dropping the parcel at a DHL service point.
Our Swedish customers pay via Svea Checkout and can choose to shop as a private individual or as a business customer.

Right of Withdrawal
Distance and Doorstep Sales Act
We follow the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. Customers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This period starts from the time the package is received until the day and time a return/exchange request is made via the Contact Customer Service form.
The product must be unused and essentially in its original condition, preferably repacked in its original packaging.
We inspect all returns. Consumers are liable for any depreciation of the goods if they have been handled in a manner that goes beyond what's necessary to establish the nature or function of the goods.
Right of Withdrawal on Sale Items
This also applies for 14 days on sale items.
In case of defective goods
Get in touch as soon as possible to describe the defect, no later than 14 days after the product has been delivered.
Report the defect Report the defect in writing, for instance, via email to the seller you’ve been in contact with, attaching photos of the defect. Keep a copy of your email.
Return the item If possible, send back the item to allow us a chance to repair the product or assess the defect.
Wallrite's actions upon confirmed defect
We will repair the defect if possible. We will send a new item if the defect cannot be repaired. We will refund the cost of the product if we cannot provide a replacement.
Exchange of Item
Write "Exchange request". You are responsible for the shipping costs when exchanging an item. However, Wallrite will cover the shipping costs back to you.
Return of Item
Write "Exchange request". You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. However, Wallrite will cover the shipping costs back to you.
How is my personal data handled?
When making a purchase with us, your personal data is registered so we can process the order. Your personal data is not passed on to third parties.
